Shipping Policies
20.21 offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Orders generally take 1-2 days to process and another 2-4 days to ship.
Our office operates Monday through Friday, with the exclusion of U.S. federal holidays. Please note that orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
20.21 does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information so you can monitor your package in transit. To track an order onwww.2021.com, please sign in and visit the “Order Tracking” page.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is recorded as delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please contact us atcs@2021.com. within 2 weeks of placing your order. Onceyou’ve reported your package as lost, our Support Team will reach out to FedEx to open an investigation for your package.
We work closely with FedEx as they undergo their investigations and resolve accordingly once the investigations have been finalized.
20.21is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to the wrong address if a customer has provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Please confirm your mailing details before placing an order.

Our ultimate objective is to ensure that our customers have a remarkable shopping experience with us at 20.21 In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, you have 7 daysfrom the date of delivery to ship the new and unused product back to us with our free return label.
To receive a return label:
1. Emailcs@2021.comwith your order number as the subject title.
2. Tell us your name and the product name(s) and reason for your return in the email.
We will respond to your request during normal business hours. After your return request has been approved you will receive a label to the provided email address.
How to package your product:
1. Pack the product, invoice, Authenticity Certificate Card, and all packaging with protective materials intact
2. Use the provided label and drop off at your most convenientFedEx location
We will send you an email confirmation once we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 10 days for the funds to show up on your bank statement.
