This Customer Service Policy (“Customer Service”) covers the our arrange about shipping fee, shipping schedule and shipping status tracking, how to cancel an order, and 20.21’s return and exchange policy. This Customer Service Policy is an essential part of Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website. By putting orders through 20.21 Website, you acknowledge you have read the Customer Service and accept our practices described in Customer Service.
1. RETURNS
For online purchases, 20.21 will accept Products in their original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice. Return request must be made within ten (10) days from the date of delivery via online service of 20.21., and the products must be returned to the warehouse of 20.21 within 30 days from the date of delivery by mail.
To facilitate your return, please bring a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse. Please note, only returns in their original, new, unused, and unworn conditions of the products including any lense covering, attachments, and packaging with intact labels will be accepted by 20.21. Shipping for the returns shall be at your cost.
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, 20.21 reserves the right to refuse return of any Product that does not meet the above return requirements in 20.21’s sole discretion.
Products returned to 20.21 will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred (including shipping fee, import duties, and/or to the Customs charges) at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

2. EXCHANGE
20.21 cannot accommodate automatic exchanges at this time. You must return the original Product that you wish to exchange for a refund using the procedure described above. A new order can then be placed on the Website for the exchange item.
3. CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel the order by contacting us via email at 20.21vision_service@iconoclastsco.com before our Order Confirmation arriving at your email address. 20.21 reserves the right not to accept your cancelation request or change request if the product has already been shipped.
