1. SHIPPING FEE
20.21 offers free shipping to all orders. All ordered products on 20.21 Website will be delivered to your destination by express. All prices indicated on the Website do not reflect any shipping fee.
2. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES AND OTHER CUSTOMS CHARGES
All ordered products on the 20.21 Website will be delivered to the final destination at DAP (e.g. Delivered at Place) basis, you will be responsible for the import duties, taxes and/or other Customs charges. When you are placing orders, the Website will provide you an estimated sum of import duties, taxes and/or Customs charge by considering its final destination. 20.21 will try the best to get a more accurate estimate, but the accuracy could not be guaranteed. We will not claim more if the actual amount exceeds the estimated amount from you, meanwhile, you should not claim a refund if the estimated amount you paid exceeds the actual. If you agree with our estimation, you may proceed the order.
Whereas, Orders shipped to Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdoms will be free of import duties, taxes and/or other Customs charges.
3. SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND STATUS
We promise to process the order and send an Order Confirmation to your email within 24 hours after payment processed.
Normally, the orders will be mailed out as timeline following from the date of the Order Confirmation, followed by a tracking number sent via email.
The purchased product(s) will be delivered within  days from the date of the Order Confirmation. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the timeline of shipping service provided by any third-party courier, shipping times can vary depending on the final destination place, public holidays, and third-party couriers as well as force major event or unforeseeable circumstances. In case the delivery has not occurred within the above indicated term, you (by sending an email to the email address email@example.com) shall provide 20.21 with a further ten (10) days to deliver the Product; provided that, in case of failure to comply with such term after receipt of the specified notice, your remedies shall be limited exclusively to termination of the Agreement and refund of payment received.
